Bonita is a full Accoyo female with excellant phenotypical suri characteristics. She has a gorgeous head with a full top knot, wonderful coverage, very dense and consistant locks. Perfect conformation. Bonita is very easy to handle with a sweet personality.

We rebred Bonita to DDF Accoyo Maurizio,our co-owned fawn full Accoyo herd sire with Wild Rose Suri Ranch, for a September cria of "06". Another beautiful female cria - Radiance was born on September 11, 2006. Wow two in a row, just incredible.

Butterfly is an unusual eye catching black and white female Pinto Suri. The black spots on her back looks like wings, and she has black skin underneath. Butterfly produces black offspring when bred to blacks. She has been an excellent producer for us.
She was bred to our champion black herdsire Sergio and delivered a beautiful true black female in 2002. Butterfly produced a second female cria "Santee" in 2003. Santee is a beautiful dark brown with very fine pencil locks. Butterfly's third cria was an awesome pinto male in 2004. Caprice is a very Rare Gray Suri Female. She has produced two grey crias from the grey Herdsire El Nino and two grey crias from our Grey Herdsire Admiral. A consistent producer of Grey! She has appaloosa characteristics Caprice has been a great Mom--extremely easy to breed and delivers easily. Caprice delivered a healthy fawn 1/2 Accoyo male cria on Sept. 22, 2006. We were hoping for grey but, this 1/2 young male is no disappointment. He looks great! He has a slick feel to his fiber and locked tight to the skin.

Caprice was bred to the "Legendary Sire" PVA Mahogany Prince. The "Prince" is an incredible dark fawn, full Peruvian Sire. He has defined locks and luster from head to toe, big heavy bones, great coverage and exceptional conformation. His nickname is "The Headmaster" for his ability to stamp nice typey heads on all his crias. Prince has produced all colors, yes even grey! He has sired over 100 crias to date, 100% suri, 98% colored, 60% are female. Prince has produced over 32 color champions and still counting.

Caprice delivered a fawn suri female on 9-13-2007. Mahogany Prince's Lily" will be offered for sale with Caprice rebred as a package price.

Casi has beautiful lock structure. Her fiber is thick and very nice locking. She has been an excellent producer for Shasta Springs. She has producd the multis we were breeding for and even a bay black.

Casi is easy to get pregnant. She delivers her crias easily and unassisted, produces plenty of milk and is a great Mom. She is a very easy keeper.

Casi delivered a beautiful male cria (Gunnison) on 9/3/06. His color is just like his Sire, Tobago, that rich mahogany brown and loaded with luster. He is currently in our show strand. Gunnison won 1st place at his last show.

Shasta Springs Christmas Eve is a real favorite at Shasta Springs. She was born on ChristmasEve as her name suggests. A wonderful surprise for Christmas Eve. A healthy gorgeous grey female huacaya. We could not have asked for more. Her fiber is outstanding. She is one to keep your eye on and sure to be a show stopper.

ChristmasEve has gorgeous bundled fiber. It was obvious at birth that she was a beautiful girl. She has started her show career and has been a real head turner at the farm.

Shasta Springs Cypress ia a rare appaloosa Suri maiden female. She exhibits Superior Suri phenotype. She has perfect lock structure, uniformity and high luster.

Her Sire PVA Mahogany Prince needs no introduction tp the Suri world. Cypress will be another offspring adding to his exceptional progany of champions.

Cypresss's Dam Satu of Bolivia exhibits the same rare appaloosa markings with excellent conformation and coverage. Satu's lock formation is still tight and uniformed at the age of 13. An excellent producer of blue ribbon winners year after year.

Shasta Springs is offering a 3 in 1 rare package starring Scarlett of Accoyo Felix. Scarlett is a beautiful, light fawn Full Peruvian daughter of Accoyo Felix bred to SCF Lucky Luciano. Her fleece is simply gorgeous, lustrous and dense with nicely bundled crimp and a very soft hand. She has the perfect Huacaya phenotype,lovely head and upright conformation.
Her Sire Accoyo Felix is from the plantel herd of Accoyo and he has a honey fawn fleece extremely rare on the Imported Accoyo. Scarlett’s Dam, 6 Peruvian Becca, is a dark maroon and she adds a strong potential to produce color.
Scarlett is presently bred to SCF Lucky Luciano and due May 18, 2008. Lucky Luciano is a spectacular dark brown 4 Time Champion Herdsire. Lucky’s perfect conformation, gorgeous head, royal stature, impeccable fleece along with his awesome personality are impressive characteristics he is putting into every cria. Silvermoon is a very eye catching medium rose Grey Bred Female Suri. Her colors are extremely unique and very desirable. Silvermoon's Dam has very similar coloring and her Sire "Sergio" is black. Sergio and his offspring have been producing outstanding grey coloring.

We were hoping to get Silvermoon back into the show ring, but like her sister the year before decided she was ready for breeding.

Shasta Springs Wasabi is the cria we knew Charly's Angel and Admiral could produce. He is a light Silver Grey with a soft rose grey tint that looks kind of pink. He has very nice coverage and great density. His pencil locking is very uniformed throughut his blanket. He is definately Herdsire quality and with his grey genetics could produce countless opportunities.

He is with out a doubt the friendliest alpaca on the farm. He gets the friendly gene from Dam and Sire. His Sire is our signature Grey Herdsire Admiral and we are so pleased with his production. His Dam "Charly's Angel" is a Gunsmoke offspring and has wonderful colors including grey running throughout her fiber.
